Our maturity in building high-impact software solutions approaches us whatever industry looking for quality and sophistication (e.g. Gaming, FMCG or Validation & Inspection..).

To be a best fit for this project you will need:

  • University studies or equivalent in Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Administration and Management or similar.
  • It is mandatory to have the possibility to sign an agreement with your studies center.
  • Good level of English (B2).
  • Domain office package (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Orientation towards people and results.
  • Personal attitude and willingness to share knowledge, learn and help others.
  • Proactive, self-sufficient, methodical person with great organizational capacity.
  • Open to change and continuous improvement.

You will be responsible for:

  • Prevention of Occupational Risks: support in the Coordination of Business Activities, planning of health surveillance activities of employees.
  • Hiring: support in registrations and onboarding of new employees.
  • Internal and external training: support in management and coordination, as well as in corporate events.
  • Internal communication: support in the preparation of newsletters and communications.
  • Support in the different projects of the Human Resources area.
  • Management of the database of employees.
